Cute hat. But I received it in an envelope all smashed up. Im 50 yrs old. Not the first hat I've bought or sold. Hats are shipped in boxes. I've steamed it, submerged it it water. I'm working hard on trying to make this hat wearable......Yay. Me. Told the company before this review They did not gaf. IF U ORDER A HAT, REQUEST IT BE SHIPPED IN A BOX. There u go.
