Not only is the hat super cute and comfortable, but the company has AMAZING customer service! There was a slight mistake on my original order (wrong color hat arrived) but as soon as I reached out to the seller they immediately apologized and sent me a replacement hat on the next business day with a hand written note! These sellers are incredibly kind and I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an embroidered hat!
